This website is hosted by OpenAI through OpenAI Sites. The hosting environment uses Cloudflare infrastructure for technical delivery and storage. Visits generate technical connection data, particularly your IP address, time of access, requested address and browser information. These are required for delivery, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis for these purposes is generally Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Contact enquiries, editorial content and maintenance-account data stored by this website are also held in the provided hosting environment. Alpha-Omega Technology GmbH & Co. KG remains responsible for the website and handling your enquiries.
Sign in with ChatGPT
The currently protected access and editorial area use ChatGPT sign-in. The website receives a user identifier and email address; for maintenance accounts it also stores names, roles, activation status and changes with their time and editor identifier. We store your name, email address, enquiry subject, message, receipt time and a technical request identifier to process your enquiry. The contact is CEO Jan Bose. Authorised editorial accounts have access. Messages are not displayed publicly or automatically forwarded by email or to clubs. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, or otherwise Article 6(1)(f) for handling contact requests. Acknowledging the privacy notice does not constitute consent to advertising.
Providing your details is voluntary; the form cannot be submitted without the required fields. Alternatively, you can contact us by phone or email. Messages are deleted after the matter is closed and no further necessary retention purpose applies, subject to statutory retention requirements and necessary records. Review and deletion are performed by the editorial team, not automatically.
Maps and external services
The interactive map starts only after you select “Load map”. Your browser then connects to OpenFreeMap at tiles.openfreemap.org; your IP address and technical access data are transmitted. Measurements, fuel prices, weather and official aerial imagery are retrieved through the website server. These requests therefore do not establish a direct connection between your browser and the relevant data provider. Links to business websites, route planners and sources open external services only when selected. The respective provider's notices apply there.
Analytics and local storage
Google Analytics is disabled in the test environment. You can try the consent controls under “Analytics settings” in the footer. Only your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days; no analytics data is sent to Google. Activation on the public website requires separate setup. Platform sign-in and hosting functions are separate. The contact form does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability.
